Meet the Provider

Hi, I’m Haily Duke, the owner and provider of Little Ferns Daycare. I’m a new mother to a baby boy, and opening this program was a heartfelt career change after 10 years in the corporate world as a professional graphic designer. I wanted to create a warm, home like daycare where I could spend quality time with my son while offering other families a cozy, personal alternative to large centers. With years of experience babysitting and nannying, and as the oldest of several cousins, caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. Little Ferns is built around attentive, individualized care in a calm, nurturing environment where children and families feel truly at home.
